3L Rotary Evaporator
Introduction:
Rotary evaporator is a common equipment in the laboratory. It consists of a motor, a distillation flask, a heating pot, a condenser, etc. It is mainly used for continuous distillation of volatile solvents under reduced pressure.
The main components:
1. Rotating motor, which drives the evaporation flask containing the sample through the rotation of the motor;
2. Evaporation tube, the evaporation tube has two functions. First, it plays the role of supporting the rotation of the sample, and secondly, the sample is sucked out by the vacuum system through the evaporation tube.
3. Vacuum system, used to reduce the air pressure of the rotary evaporator system;
4. fluid heating pot, usually under water to heat the sample;
5. Condensation tube, use double serpentine condensation or other condensing agents such as dry ice, acetone to condense the sample;
6. Condensate the sample collection bottle. After the sample has cooled, enter the collection bottle.
A mechanical or motor mechanism is used to quickly lift the evaporating flask in the heating pot.
Functions and features:
• The main frame is made of aluminum alloy with reasonable structure and materials.
• Sealing system adopts Teflon + imported fluorine rubber combination two-way seal, which can maintain high vacuum.
• All glass parts are made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion.
• Continuous feeding is convenient for customers. The valve-type feeding pipe is sleeved with PTFE pipe.
• Upright double-layer serpentine coil condenser to ensure high recovery and additional material tubes.
• Digital temperature display, intelligent constant temperature control, PT100 sensor transmits temperature quickly and accurately.
• Fuse safety protection, and has automatic power-off function to prevent dry burning.
• Electronic stepless speed regulation (0-200rpm), rotation setting, easy operation.
• The pot uses a stainless steel + Teflon compound pot, which is fully enclosed and heated.
• Micro-motor driven, the host will automatically lift.
