Independently researched and developed by NANBEI , CR/CM- + series ultrapure water machine is a high-end ultrapure water production instrument. Dynamic display sterile barrels level., it features highly intelligent system, simple operation, compact volume and convenient maintenance.
Features and advantages
1. Full-automatic microcomputer control system, multi-level menu operation, 160*160 HD display screen for touch buttons, and modularized control system.
2. Chinese and English menus can be switched freely to facilitate different clients’ operation.
3. NANBEI s operation system has timing module for water usage: 1. Water usage time can be selected from 0 to 9999min freely. 2. Timed water usage can be carried out at four ranges including 10min, 30min, 60min and 120min.
4. NANBEI s operation system has quantitative module for water usage: 1. Water usage time can be selected from 0 to 9999ml freely. 2. Quantitative water usage can be conducted at four ranges including 500ml, 1000ml, 2000ml and 5000ml.
5. NANBEI s operation system has quality module for water usage: it can set water usage from 0.1 to 18.25 freely as required.
6. Pure water storage selects 30L sterilized barrels and level induction display for dynamic indication and intelligent control of water level.
7. It has built-in dual-wavelength UV lamp (185nm and 254nm) to reduce TOC content in water effectively.
8. The system is furnished with memory for reviewing operation and alarm data at any time.
9. The system is furnished with calendar clock for setting consumables and services.
10. Ultrapure water circulation system can select automatic and manual modes freely to keep the system at low bacteria pollution.
11. Besides secondary passwords for plant and client, the system setup has password protection to prevent unauthorized change and usage by others.
12. With original imported primary filtering system for water source, service life of the machine is prolonged.
13. Alarms for water deficiency and water full; out-of-limit alarms for source water, RO (reverse osmosis) water and DI (deionization) water/UP (ultrapure) water.
14. RO membrane anti-scale and flushing programs are divided into two types (automatic and manual types)
