Sample collection: Anterior nasal (front nose)
1、Open the Sample extraction buffer.
2、Add all the buffer to the Extraction tube.
3、Place the swab with specimen into the extraction tube.
4、Leave the swab in the extraction buffer for 1 minute.
5、Cover the extraction tube.
6、 Add 2-3 drops into the sample hole (S).
7、Read the result at 15-20 minutes.
