1. Applications and features:

WAW Microcomputer Controlled Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine adopts the cylinder underneath type main engine,use a load cell to measure force. The machine configured Italian oil pump unit generator system, oil source and independent low noise clamping oil source. Use Digital program-controlled amplifier to achieve all sorts of model of the closed-loop control such as constant force, constant stress, constant deformation, constant speed, etc. In addition, this machine could accomplish metal and nonmetal materials tensile, compression, bending and shear tests. The machine can get parameter automatically, such as tensile strength, yield strength and elastic modulus E according to GB/T228 "metallic materials tensile test at room temperature method”.

3. Functions

(1) Automatic computer servo control function

●Automatic control, measure, data collection and processing, draw and print the test curve and report

● Observe and control system can automatic calibration and zero set.

● Stepless speed regulating, in the study it can be arbitrary smooth transition and maintain the same speed.

● Data storage and curve amplifier. In the study can be arbitrary show different test curve.

● During the automatic operation process, it can change to artificial control.

● Have automatic protection function, the protection range can be set in a random manner.

(2) Microcomputer system: Use the Lenovo brand microcomputer as host machine to finish the testing setting setup, data acquisition, display and print test results etc(include: main engine, 17 "LCD and large capacity hard disk); equipped with KQL-PowerTest2001 in English and Chinese version which is intelligent test software packages; Can provide standard measurement and judgment of performance parameter for all kinds of material, add up and processing the data; output various requirements of the test report and test format curve.

(3) Computed mode: Hand valve operation, and equipped with manual control operation box, contains 6 buttons (rise，fall, upper clamping, bottom clamping, upper loosen, bottom loosen), the operation more convenient, safe and reliable.

(4) Safety protection: Equipped with oil cylinder protection system, overload autostop system, overcurrent outostop system and emergency switch protect function.

4．Advantages:

The cost of the machine is higher than WES and WEW. The cleanness requirement of the hydraulic oil is much higher.
