50L Rotary Evaporator
Rotary evaporator (equipment) series products are mainly used in the testing, research and development and production of pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products and other industries. This product uses the principles of constant temperature heating and thin film evaporation to perform evaporation, concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, solvent recovery and other operations under vacuum negative pressure conditions. All parts in contact with the material are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. Borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene materials are particularly suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured, and are not easy to produce chemical reactions with various materials.
Working principle:
Under the condition of vacuum negative pressure, the rotary bottle is rotated at a constant speed by using a speed-regulating rotary twist. The material forms a large area uniform film on the wall of the bottle. After evaporation, the generated solvent vapor passes through the cooling coil of the glass condenser and is quickly cooled and recovered in the collection bottle.
The main capacity of the rotary evaporator (device) produced by NANBEI is 1-2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L. Each capacity has different grade models for customers to choose.
This product can be used with a vacuum pump to improve the evaporation efficiency (required); it can be used with a low-temperature coolant circulation pump to improve the recovery efficiency. Customers should purchase matching equipment as appropriate.
